The Buyer must be 16 or older to purchase products through the Wiseprotec Website.

The Buyer shall ensure that the information he provides to our Company in the order is true, accurate, updated and complete. We are not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities or other costs of any nature caused by errors or failures, whether intentional or inadvertent, in the provision of the data by the User / Buyer.

At Wiseprotec, products are meticulously selected to ensure maximum quality standards, making an effort to meet the needs of our customers and consumers in general.

After placing the order, Wiseprotec will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that this is only an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute a purchase contract between the Buyer and Wiseprotec. Acceptance of the order and formalisation of the purchase contract will only occur at the moment Wiseprotec confirms the purchase and sends the ordered product(s). At this time, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If, for any reason, your order is not fulfilled (please read the subsection “Our right to reject an order or terminate a contract” for further details), we will always try to send you an e-mail with this information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within ten working days of your order, please consider that it has been refused.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled because the order process begins as soon as it is submitted.

Wiseprotec has the right to check an order in advance and explicitly reserves the right to refuse it, without giving any reasons and without our Company having any liability to the Buyer or third parties. We normally send an e-mail notifying the rejection. However, if our Company does not confirm the Buyer’s acceptance of the order within ten working days, it shall be deemed to have been refused. We also reserve the right to terminate a contract by written notice, without any liability arising for damages or expenses other than the full refund received by us in respect of the terminated contract.

Wiseprotec has the right not to accept an order by any internal criteria. The most common reasons for rejecting an order are the following:

• (a) the item is not available in stock;
• (b) your payment information is not correct or not authorized;
• (c) there are any shipping restrictions applied to any specific product;
• (d) if you are under 16 years of age;
• (e) if the product displayed on our Website contains gross errors in price and/or description;
• (f) if shipping to the address where the order was placed is not possible;
• (g) due to an Out of Our Control Event.

There is the possibility of small color differences and other variations in the Products, as a result of different image acquisitions, display technologies or other technical reasons. Wiseprotec is not responsible for these variations and discrepancies.

We ask your attention for the washing and maintenance instructions of our pieces that are on their labels. We strongly recommend you to read and follow these instructions. Wiseprotec is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products, including any use contrary to the instructions.

The prices shown include VAT. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Wiseprotec reserves the right to make changes to the prices before an order is placed by the Buyer. Wiseprotec reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time. Shipping costs will be added to the final price. This cost depends on the type of product, including size and weight, and the destination address.

We do not accept any other method of payment not listed here. Please do not attempt to pay with any other method not specified here. If you do, Wiseprotec is not responsible for any loss of payment or damage caused as a result of this action.

Wiseprotec reserves the right to carry out an individual credit check for each order in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Depending on the results of this check, Wiseprotec reserves the right to refuse certain forms of payment.

Please note that agreements between the Buyer and credit or other institutions may result in additional transfer/payment costs.

When Wiseprotec chooses, or when we are required by applicable law, to issue or make available an invoice, it reserves the right to issue or make available electronic invoices and the Buyer shall agree to this form of invoicing.

Our Company will make the delivery to the address indicated by the Buyer. Orders will be shipped on working days, Monday to Friday, as long as it is not a holiday in the United Kingdom or in the country of destination.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail.

For orders placed on a holiday or one day before a holiday, shipments can be delayed.

The Buyer can only cancel his order if it has not been paid for or payment is in process. The processing of orders placed on our Website is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, in whole or in part, please note that you can only do so before payment is in process.

For hygienic reasons and due to the nature of the product, we generally do not accept returns. You have the right to return your order if you have not received the product you ordered as long as the original package was not opened, provided that you do so within fourteen (14) days immediately following delivery of your order and if you meet the requirements listed below. The customer must ensure that the returned item(s) arrive at our premises within 28 days of delivery.

1. Send us an e-mail to let us know that you want to return an article through support@wiseprotec.com and wait for confirmation of the return;
2. Send the article in its original packaging to:

For Wiseprotec, quality is paramount. Although we do not believe that there are manufacturing defects or deviations from factory specifications, since all our products are meticulously selected to ensure high quality standards, we have a legal obligation to ensure that our products are as specified.

Returned products are all inspected and we will refund if, and only if, the damage has resulted from a manufacturing defect or deviation from manufacturing specifications. Wiseprotec undertakes to make a full refund of the cost, including shipping costs, of any defective Products. The maximum amount reimbursed will always be the equivalent of the purchase value of the defective Product(s).

If the problem has been caused by reasons other than the quality of the materials or the assembly process, our Company will not refund them. Here are some examples of situations where reimbursement is not possible:

• If the product was obtained from a source other than our Website;
• If the product has been damaged by abuse or neglect (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.); and/or
• If the product has been damaged by misuse or activities whose purpose is not the intended one (e.g. use of running shoes for court sports or walking shoes as work boots, etc.).
• If the instructions for use and maintenance have not been followed.

Purchaser shall take into account that the life expectancy of any Product will depend on the person using the Product, the conditions of use and the wear and tear patterns characteristic of the user. Products that are damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the Product will not be replaced.

The use of these Website Terms and Conditions shall apply to all visitors and users of the Website, as well as to the Content, information, recommendations, products and services provided to the Buyer or through the Website. By accessing and using our Website, Purchaser will consent to the Use of the Website Terms and Conditions in their entirety, in addition to any other legislation or regulation that applies to the Website and the use of the Internet. If the Buyer does not consent to the Use of the Website Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall immediately leave the Website.
